SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will allow returns within 5 days of purchase only if the product is UNOPENED. There is a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the returned item(s). We do not accept returns on opened product. We will NOT accept returns if you do not like the aroma of a product.
If there is any damage to your shipment, missing items or package, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt for us to file a claim with the Post Office or Courier Service Agent so that we may file a claim and re-ship your order. Any claims after this 5 day period, cannot be accepted or processed.
We require that you notify us before you ship your return back to us. We WILL NOT accept returns that are sent back without an issued AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.
